There are 3 houses under construction, 1 in each village on the map.
They require your help and you can help them by selling them construction materials they require.
Furthermore you can help the neighbourhood grow with placeable constructible rental houses and get nice profit too from the rent.
Abandoned quarry, Cement factory and Iron furnace.
There is abandoned quarry in the forest that you can run by purchasing the farmland it is built on.
It requires a lot of maintenance before it is usable again or even accessible. You have to remove overgrown foliage and rocks all around the place. Repair or remove destroyed buildings. The temporary safety fence surrounding it can be removed in build menu.
You can also build your own quarry anywhere on the map, all requried aspects are included in the map as placeable variants.
Quarry in the forest produce: stone, limestone, clay and iron ore.
Stone and limestone can be used in the stone and limestone crushers to make gravel and lime. Gravel, lime and clay are then required in the cement factory to make varius construction products.
Iron ore can be used in the Iron furnace to make metal for nice profit. The side product is blast furnace slag which is then required in the cement factory to make cement.
Iron furnace and Cement factory must be build by yourself, they are not built directly into the map.
The cement factory included in the map is much more advanced, with much more realistic cement recipe comare to the base game one, new products like clay bricks and clay roof plates.
Another material required in the cement factory is sand, which can be only purchased from the construction material trader, aswell as any other materials you may need if you can not make them by yourself.
Any excess raw materials from the quarry can be also sold to the construction material trader.
Functional map villages.
A small features for role players or a real challenge of starting from scratch.
Almost all properties in villages can be purchased.
You can place in sleep trigger and use any house as your own or if there is enough space you can build something extra there too, however what is already placed on these parcels can not be removed.
With small enough equipment you can plant, grow and harvest crops in these yards.
Every single gate can be opened, even if you do not own the land.
Some properties such as: restaurants, pharmacy, football fields… generate stady profit if owned – If you purchase the farmland a new icon will pop up. The income is based on the farmland value – 1,1$ per hour / per each 1000$ land value.
Custom animal settings.
Slightly adjusted: food and straw consumption, production of manure, liquid manure and milk and animal prices.
Sheeps, goats and chickens produce manure if beded with straw (Only husbandries included in the map or a mod that meet requirements).
If you like to take care of calves in calf huts, the map features placeable calf huts. A variant for one calf and a group variant for five calves. (Recommendation: use mod to increase animal pastures limit, so it is possible to place more huts)
New crops: Alfalfa and Rye.
Alfalfa is part of the animal feeding. Edited placeable base game bunker silos accepting alfalfa are included in the map. Custom map bunker silos all accept alfalfa.
Rye can be used to make flour and bread. Can be harvested both ways, the classic combine or with windrower.
Enhanced crop growth stages for all crops on the map.
Each growth stage has different height so the growth looks much smoother.
Not all crops require rolling.
