Soil Work Yield Bonus V1.0.0.3

Soil Work Yield Bonus V1.0.0.3

Soil Work Yield Bonus makes proper soil preparation worth the effort. Disking and cultivating your fields before sowing now grant a small yield bonus at harvest.

Yield bonus:
– Disking: +4%
– Cultivating: +6%
– Bonuses do not stack — only the highest one counts (maximum +6%)

To activate the bonus, enough of the field must actually be worked. The required coverage scales with field size, from 80% on small fields up to 95% on fields of 20 ha and more — a quick pass over one corner will not activate a full-field bonus.

The current bonus and work progress are shown directly in the standard field info panel. No extra menus, no settings, no map icons.

The bonus multiplies the normal harvest amount and works alongside base game modifiers such as fertilizer, lime, weeds and Precision Farming. Mulching and rolling keep their base game effects and are not changed by this mod. After harvest, the soil work state resets for the next crop cycle.

Field progress is stored in a separate savegame file; the base game fields.xml is not modified.
Multiplayer is fully supported — the server keeps the authoritative field state and synchronizes it to all clients.

V1.0.0.3
Harvest bonus is now locked in when harvesting starts, saved with the savegame and synchronized in multiplayer
Added Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish and Polish mod descriptions; fixed special characters in the German and French texts
Improved performance of field area calculation
