You have several production buildings at your disposal:
A fruit-flavoured cheese production co-operative, a farmhouse cheese production workshop, and several small production workshops that you can place wherever you like using the free placement (B) option available in the construction mode to create the workshop of your dreams.
To produce Le Lachat, you’ll need to purchase rennet, which is available in the shop.
Bear in mind that producing farmhouse Le Lachat involves several stages: curdling, moulding and maturing.
