Grass Windrow Merger v1.0
Grass Windrow Merger adds an extra pickup function to mowers that are equipped with a windrow drop area.
While the mower is switched on, existing grass windrows inside the active mower work area are picked up again. The collected material is not lost; instead, it is routed into the mower’s normal windrow drop area together with the freshly cut grass. This allows existing windrows to be collected while mowing and merged into one combined windrow.
Features:
the mower must be equipped with a swath-forming mechanism
picks up existing grass windrows (GRASS_WINDROW) inside the active mower work area
combines existing and freshly cut grass into one windrow
uses the mower’s original windrow / drop area
works automatically when the mower is switched on and windrow dropping is active
Important:
The mod only works with mowers that have an active windrow drop area. The mower must be switched on. Only already deposited grass windrows are picked up.
Example:
If an existing grass windrow is located beside or underneath the mower, it is picked up while driving over it and is deposited again together with the freshly cut grass in the mower’s normal windrow.
