Automate timber harvesting with the Lumberjack Hut. Place the hut on a forested farmland parcel, supply it with diesel and water, and start wood production.

The hut harvests real standing trees from the parcel where it is placed. Trees are removed as the corresponding wood volume is produced, starting with those closest to the hut. Production stops when no eligible trees remain.

Features:
A shared tree inventory tracks the available wood on each farmland parcel.
The inventory is created when the savegame loads and refreshed daily at 12:00.
Multiple huts on the same parcel share the available trees, preventing duplicate harvesting.
Trees felled manually by the player are safely excluded from the inventory.
Transport charges increase with distance, up to an additional 10% of the production cost for the farthest trees on the parcel.

Operating cost: €200 per active hour, plus distance-based transport charges.

Production per cycle:
1 L diesel + 1 L water → 625 L wood.
Production speed: 1 cycle/hour; up to 15,000 L over 24 operating hours when sufficient resources, eligible trees and storage space are available.

Construction menu: Production → Factories.
Platform: PC. Single-player only; multiplayer and dedicated servers are not supported.
