Welcome to Riverview Farm, this is a fictional UK map offering every player alike something to do be it forestry, animal care, arable work, production based gameplay.

– Map description fix.
– Traffic splines in trouble spots adjusted.
– all walls around fields and farmland can now be sold once you own the land they are on.

– Traffic spline fixed over bridges so AI will not try to drive off them.

– New buyable plots added to improve customization options and open up more ways to play the map.
– All houses have apple tree’s you can cut, which will remove the houses, walls etc.
– All previously none cutable hedges changed to cuttable hedges.
– Icon fixed in the sugar mill for sugarbeet.
– All productions setup to buy the land they are situated on when you purchase the production point.
– Fixed some sounds around the map.
– Apple tree added to dealership, when cut it will remove all fencing around the river in front of the dealers and all streetlights from around the roads.
– Methane and Electric Charge added to harbour sell point.
– All stages of Spruce and Pines added as well as saplings.
– All forest plots done over so they are just forestry tree’s now.
– Fllowing fill types now available, Armoire, Bird House, Bowl, Cat Tree, Chair, Dog House, Easel, Floor Tiles, Metal, Pepper Grinder, Picture Frame, Shingle, Staircase Railing, Table, Iron Ore.
– Silver Ridge factories added. barrel Factory, fancy Furniture Factory, flooring Factory, iron Furnace, mining Shaft Tower, pet Accessories Factory, picture Frame Factory, shingle Factory, wood Turner.

You can sell all barns, sheds, walls etc on the farmyards giving you the ability to customize the farmyard to your liking. Most hedges can be cut away to open fields up giving you the ability to extend or join fields together. All walls, fences and none cuttable heges from around the main road can be sold allowing you to open the map up to suit your play style. There are four farms on the map each offering something different. Forestry on this map has its own unique challenge for those who love to clear out large area’s of tree’s. The map is Precision Farming ready.

– Cuttable hedges allowing you to extend or join fields together or just open up the land.
– There are 4 farms spread around the map.
– Multiple sell points so all goods including factory goods can be sold at them.
– Storage tanks for seeds modified so both seeds and mineral feed can be held together.
– Liquide storage tank modified to allow both Liquid Fertilizer and Herbicid to be stored together.
– Sold Fertilizer storage tank modified to allow both Sold Fertilizer and Lime to be stored together.
– Grain Silo adjusted to be able to hold root crops as well as the normal grains.
– Farm Productions located on the main farm so you can produce the things you will need if you wish to be a self sustained farm.
– 3 farms have custom Animal pastures with functional gates on most pens should you need to enter their pastures.
– Animal pens modified to allow for larger capacities and ability to place gates if your making a custom pasture.
– Over 23,000 tree’s to keep the forester in you busy.
– All base game missions available including the tornado.
– New productions to be madesuch as Yohgurt, Dough, Soy Milk and more.
– All forestry area’s brought up to FS25 standards.
