Opens gates automatically when a vehicle slowly approaches.
Drive or walk slowly in front of the gate, or the door opens automatically and closes automatically after a few seconds.

Fix for Patch 1.14.0.0:
Fixed a bug that caused all gates and doors to disappear after loading a save game. This was particularly noticeable with fences.

Distance check added
– Gates and doors now open earlier as soon as a vehicle gets close.
Ownership check implemented
– Checks whether the player or the vehicle belongs to the same farm as the land owner.
– Can be enabled or disabled in the game settings.
Ownership rules:
– If the player or vehicle belongs to the same farm → the gate opens.
– If the land has no owner → nobody can open the gate.
– If the player/vehicle is not the owner or a member of the farm → the gate stays closed.
– If the ownership check is disabled → all gates open automatically as soon as you are in front of them.
New options in the “General Settings” menu:
– Adjustable close delay (time before the gate closes automatically).
– Enable/disable ownership check.
– Manual open/close is possible again.
Fixes
– Fence gates are now also detected and will open automatically when a vehicle approaches.
