This is a soft Beta release. The map is very much playable but there might be unknowing issues. I hope you enjoy and let me know either here or over on discord of any issues you may find. TIA
My first FS map ever is a Farm in NW Ohio working about 4500acres irl. Map is on the edge of a very small town. The CO-OP and gas station are real locations and the roads and fields are done via satellite image. The main farm is a hub of other business that are ran out of the building they have a diesel shop hence why the shop is where it is. They also have a massive trucking fleet ran out of there aswell as even a hvac company. The big stone lot is usually full of semi trucks and farming equipment. The bottom SE corner of the map is left for a BYO farm. I wanted it to be a beef and dairy operation but with the limited amount of cow buildings out right now I could get my self to half ass something there. I hope you enjoy.

Holy cow this is awesome!! My family farms to the west of Harrisons by 2 miles. If you ever need any info to the terrain let me know. Great potential to expand this to a larger map as my family works closely with the dairy farm thats right around the corner from us. The dairy currently has 4000 cows and are in talks of expanding

Im going Holy Cow as well, you said NW Ohio and that’s me. Small town and Buhler farms—- my guess is Stryker….??? you don’t have to say but this is very very cool to have a map builder this close to home. Just switched from FS22 to 25, and boy do we ever need maps and the mod guys to deliver asap. What is also great is YOU put the acreage on your description, I have asked relentlessly for modders to do so. Tired of the 4x map but 16x and 32x is to big. Keep asking why someone can’t do a 8x, either way THIS sounds exactly the kind of acreage I have been seeking, so thank you. Reach out and we can have a further conversation. Looks great so far. I love the field sizes, as this is what puts me off many maps with the fields being the size of a handkerchief. I’m going to start a new farm on this map, so I’ll let you know how it goes. Thank you for your hard work.

What for me:
On field #3 in the cottage, sleep triggers and wardrobe don`t work.
This cottage cannot be sold.
Another building also cannot be sold.
Field #1 cannot be bought
In general, it is impossible to remove buildings of unclear purpose on a purchased plot. Because of this, it will not be possible to plow the crooked fields anyway.
One question: why is this done?

Getting setup on the map and enjoying it. As others have said some placeables cannot be removed. The Fuel tank on the main farm is non-functional and can’t be deleted. Also looks like the power washer in the white shed is non-functional as well.
