Visual update. NEW SAVE GAME NEEDED (you can just save your old vehicles.xml and put it into new savegame to save your vehicles and equipment)

Reworked sellpoints
Fixed collision of few fences, buildings
Repainted some of the areas that had grass missing
Removed roadblock towards the village
Repainted few field paths
Added water to some places
Added Sawmill, dairy, spinnery as productions on the map (in village area)
Added farmlands with forests (73 farmlands in total now)
Added forest areas with a lot of trees
Added NPC people walking in village
Added few small visual details
Added more trees around the village
