It is found in placeable objects. It can be placed anywhere, it can be sold at any time. In the vehicle list, you will find the concert called rendor1. You enter it with the E button and then start the concert with the B button. With the Easy developer control mod, you can reset it, reload it as a vehicle and start the concert from the beginning.
