Since this is my very first map , I want to say right away: it’s obviously not on par with a professional or “high-end” map. There are certainly things that could be improved here and there, and I’m still learning a lot myself.
Nevertheless, I decided to publish the map because I didn’t want to keep it to myself.
Perhaps some of you might enjoy spending a few hours on it.
I’m of course happy to receive constructive feedback , suggestions for improvement, and your opinions on the map. Please be a little lenient – ​​after all, it’s my first attempt.

We are in the Oldenburg Münsterland region, more precisely in the Cloppenburg district, in the Halen part of the municipality of Emstek.
The aim was to capture the feeling of this small village without striving for a 1:1 replica.
The map is based on the Weekend Farmers map base and therefore offers, among other things, 32 ground angles and multi-fruits.
The design aimed to offer numerous options for both novice and experienced farmers. A total of seven plots of land are available in the village center, differing in size, features, and orientation.
Whether you want to specialize in dairy cattle, pigs, horses or chickens, or prefer to start out in arable farming and contract farming without animal husbandry – here you will find the right starting point for your business.

Farm
1 – Small Cow Farm:
This compact cow farm features a cowshed and an adjacent pasture with space for 100 animals. Ideal for a small dairy farm and a relaxed introduction to agriculture.

Farm 2 – Large Dairy Farm
Directly across the street is a somewhat larger dairy farm. With two cowsheds and space for 160 animals, this farm offers sufficient capacity for a growing operation.

Farm 3 – Pig Farm
This farm focuses on pig farming. Two barns offer space for 182 animals. Additionally, a cow pasture borders directly on the farm, allowing for mixed animal husbandry.

Farm 4 – The versatile dairy farm.
This centrally located farm offers a large barn for 200 animals, spacious drive-through silos, and ample space for machinery. Future expansions can also be easily implemented here.

Farm 5 – Horse Farm
Located directly at the entrance to the village, this horse farm features its own stables and an adjacent pasture. It can accommodate a total of 16 horses.

Farm 6 – Modern Dairy Farm:
Here, modern technology meets professional dairy farming. The spacious farm offers plenty of room for machinery as well as a modern barn for 177 cows with a feeding robot and outdoor run.

Farm 7 – Small Chicken Coop:
The smallest of the pre-located farms has a small chicken coop and very limited space for machinery and equipment. Perfect for those who want to start small or are looking for an additional farm location.

Contract farming – Arable farming & contract work
No livestock? No problem! This property, designed for contract farming, offers barns with ample space for machinery and features a large grain silo. It is therefore ideally suited for arable farming, contract work, or a purely machinery-based operation.

Building your own farmyard:
Would you prefer to design your farmyard entirely yourself? An area for your own building projects is available in the outdoor area at ID 111.

Furthermore, any field can, in principle, be converted into building land. This allows for completely individualized planning of one’s own business.

Fields & Grassland:
A total of 60 fields provide approximately 200 hectares of agricultural land. Field sizes range from 0.63 hectares to 10 hectares.

Additional animal stalls:
Anyone wishing to expand their livestock or integrate an additional animal species into their operation will find further stall buildings available for purchase.

Biogas plants:
Two biogas plants are available for energy production. A smaller biogas plant is located near the town center. A larger one is located on the outskirts and offers additional possibilities for larger businesses.

Greenhouses & Water:
Three polytunnel greenhouses are for sale on plot 119. The necessary water can be drawn from the nearby bathing lake. The lake is accessible via a service access road from the main road.

Additional storage space:
If the existing farm buildings become insufficient over time, additional space is available on plot 114.
This plot contains a large hall for further equipment, a hay/straw storage area, and two silos that can be filled.

The depot
in the north of the map is a generously developed depot with further expansion possibilities.
Among other things, it offers three purchasable factories, a feed production facility for TMR and pig feed, a large hall, bunker silos, and bulk goods storage halls.

The sale and processing of your produce are also taken care of. In the village you will find a baker, a small inn, a large grain mill, and a dealer who buys your agricultural products.

The retail store on Bremer Straße offers various consumer goods and finished products for daily business needs.
