Ap0lLos Scania Transport Pack v1.0.0.1

Ap0lLos Scania Transport Pack v1.0.0.1

Version 1.0.0.1
Sounds, engine power, transmissions, and weights have been revised.
Textures have been revised.
Old shaders removed and replaced with LS25 shaders.
Wheel nut cover textures revised.
Reversing camera monitor removed; the image is now realistically displayed on the radio’s screen.
Original Scania tail lights installed (on all models except the semi-truck).
New company logos added.
Second Griffin emblem added to the cab (Next Gen).
“Droplet” details added to the vehicles.
The old Hüffermann unit has been retired and completely rebuilt; functions remain the same, but the visual design is entirely new.
There is no permission to re-upload this Hüffermann unit; if you find it elsewhere, I will not provide support for any issues arising from it.
The rollers on the hook-lift (HKL) body now rotate as the container is pulled up; I cannot guarantee compatibility with other containers.
The containers included in this pack work, of course.
“The Beast” textures completely revised.
The hook-lift chassis for the timber and tank containers has been widened at the rear, and the rollers repositioned accordingly.
No idea if I’ve forgotten anything else =) — a lot has been done, and there’s more to come.

I’ve spent four weekends putting this pack together and tweaking everything to my liking. Converted, features implemented, and many elements updated to current standards.

The pack consists of:

6 Scania trucks
Hook-lift (HKL), tanker, Krone curtainsider, semi-truck (fifth wheel), timber transport, livestock transport

7 semi-trailers
Livestock transport, low-loader, container transport, Fliegl tipper, Profiliner, timber transport, and “The Beast”

5 turntable trailers
Livestock transport, tanker, Krone curtainsider, timber transport, and—of course—the Hüffermann container transporter

11 ITRunner containers
Tipper, grain, grain with cover, tanker, timber, bales, grain & transport, manure spreader, forage/chaff, slurry, and the Kuhn feed mixer (just noticed the Kuhn had already been converted before )

Wood processing
Schäffer telehandler with selectable design and beacon; compatible with front loader attachments.
TFK200 stump grinder and a log fork.

You can use the standard “X” key (folding function) to shift the container’s attachment point, allowing you to uncouple the trailer.
Personally, I have assigned separate controls for coupling and uncoupling, which makes everything much easier—this way, you don’t even need to move the attachment point.
Why did I choose this attachment point method instead of the DynamicMountAttacher?
Because this way, the container remains selectable, and the trailer can be filled at a silo.
Also, I don’t find the DynamicMountAttacher reliable enough—as is clearly evident with the Fliegl ZPS180. :!::!::!:

Why did I include some items that are already available in the base game or from the modding community?
Because of the adjusted tires and lights, as well as side marker lights that flash along with the turn signals. These are things I use myself, and I wanted everything to fit together nicely.
I want others to enjoy this just as much as I do.
Why did I create a pack this time?
Because I’m not interested in just racking up download numbers; I want to bring some joy to others.
This ITRunner pack is also meant to be a kick in the pants for anyone who thinks they can just go ahead and convert my Hüffermann mod.
Because regarding any textures where I haven’t explicitly listed credits, the rule is simple:
What goes around, comes around! :cursing:
By the way, the speedometer and radio come from my Scania; I took photos of them and installed them into this model 😀
Recommended mods: The low-loader pack from HR Forst & Fahrzeugbau, as well as his Ponsse Scorpion.
With that said, I hope you have a lot of fun with the original ITR pack!
