Dolbi Cotton Equipment Pack V1.0

A complete cotton harvesting, transport and baling chain based on DOLBI equipment. The pack brings the Javiyu trailed cotton harvester, the Volcador Lateral side-dump cotton trailer and the RA1570N cotton baler together in one self-contained package for Farming Simulator 25.

The three machines are designed to work as one production chain, while each unit keeps its own specific role.

HOW THE PACK WORKS
1. JAViyu – Cotton Harvester
The Javiyu is a tractor-mounted cotton harvester with a pre-cleaning stripping system. It harvests cotton and produces loose cotton, but it does not create bales.

The machine also includes a rear trailer hitch, allowing the Volcador Lateral to be connected directly behind it. This makes it possible to harvest and collect the cotton in one continuous operation.

2. VOLCADOR LATERAL – Cotton Transport Trailer
The Volcador Lateral is the transport link between the Javiyu and the RA1570N.
When attached behind the Javiyu, it receives the harvested loose cotton. Once loaded, it can be used to transport the cotton to the baler and unload it into the RA1570N hopper.
The trailer can also be used independently for transporting loose cotton.

3. RA1570N – Cotton Baler
The RA1570N completes the chain. It does not harvest cotton by itself and must be supplied with loose cotton.
Unload cotton from the Volcador Lateral, or another compatible cotton transport source, into the RA1570N. The baler compacts the material and produces physical round cotton bales wrapped in protective film.

RECOMMENDED WORKFLOW
Javiyu -> Volcador Lateral -> RA1570N -> Round cotton bale
– The Javiyu harvests the crop.
– The Volcador Lateral receives and transports the loose cotton.
– The RA1570N compacts the loose cotton into round bales.

The machines are therefore complementary rather than duplicates: the Javiyu handles harvesting, the Volcador handles transport, and the RA1570N handles final compaction and baling.

FS25 VERSION
The pack has been prepared for Farming Simulator 25 as a unified package. The RA1570N has been adapted for the FS25 material and physics system, including updated collision handling, FS25 shader compatibility and custom cotton bale support. Its color palette has also been matched to the darker DOLBI red used by the Javiyu for a consistent appearance across the complete pack.
