FSAF (Famille Sol-Air Futurs) V1.0

FSAF (Famille Sol-Air Futurs) V1.0
Regarding the FSAF (Famille Sol-Air Futurs) system modified with a portable bridge capability, here are the details and summary of its importance:
Technical Details and Operational Importance
System Integration: The FSAF (which includes the Aster missile family) relies on highly mobile launcher platforms to maintain an effective air defense umbrella.
Portable Bridge Modification:
This modification enables heavy air defense assets—such as launchers and radar units—to utilize military assault bridges (e.g., MLC 70/80 class) to traverse obstacles like rivers or broken terrain.
The tactical significance lies in denying access to the enemy; by enabling rapid traversal of obstacles, the FSAF system is not confined to main supply routes, making it harder for opposing forces to locate and neutralize it.
Operational Value:
It facilitates force projection in operational theaters where existing bridge infrastructure has been compromised or is non-existent.
It ensures the anti-aircraft shield can move at the pace of mechanized vanguard units, protecting critical supply lines and tactical advances.
Mod Attribution
Model Origin: Please note that I am not the original author of this 3D model; the base model is sourced from Farming Simulator.
Conversion: This unit has been converted by me from previous versions (FS17) to be fully operational in FS25.
My Contribution: My technical work on this project focused exclusively on implementing the bridge system animations, configuring the axle functionality, and performing the necessary technical integration for the Farming Simulator 25 environment.
