New Brand Machine: Merlo Telehandler

Farming Simulator 25 is the latest and most detailed version of Farming Simulator yet – but graphics updates or visuals are not the only thing that matters. Players want new machinery and brands. Now, they have what they wanted, as we fully confirm a new brand joining the game’s official machinery list.

In a quick 30-second video, GIANTS revealed the Merlo Multifarmer MF44.9, which combines the features and functionality of a tractor and a telehandler.  The tractor is powerful and multifunctional and should be useful for players who want to do much more with as few vehicles as possible.

The MF44.9 is excellent for transporting materials, lifting and moving bales, and works with many tools. With a 170 horsepower engine, it’s not the most powerful tractor out there, but it makes up for it with great hydraulics and an 8.8 meter lifting height. There are many tasks where this Merlo could be a very good addition to a farm.

Merlo MF44.9 is super detailed, looking and feeling like the real thing. The in-cabin view, as expected, detailed controls, and realistic animations complete the whole look. The next generation of agricultural machinery on the Farming Simulator 25 looks so close to the real thing that we might be reaching the realistic limits of what else can be improved. We can’t wait to see the new Merlo in action and find out what the FS modding community can do to improve this tractor.
