Unimog Service Platform v1.0

Unimog Service Platform v1.0
Out on the edge of a late harvest, when machines are spread across multiple fields and daylight is already working against you, support logistics become the real bottleneck. It’s not breakdowns that cost the most time anymore—it’s the trip back to the yard. Fuel. Wear. Charge levels. One missing link can idle an entire operation.
That’s where the GensoTorque Service Module quietly changes how workdays are planned.
Mounted on the Unimog U535, GensoTorque was developed as a unified service solution rather than a collection of add-ons. In practice, that means one vehicle on-site can handle routine repairs, refuel diesel and alternative fuels, and recharge electric or hybrid equipment without interrupting field flow. No swapping trailers. No staging multiple service units. The module arrives ready.
What stands out most is how seamlessly it fits into mixed fleets. Older mechanical tractors, high-torque tuned units, and newer electric platforms are all supported without configuration changes. For farmers running HGR implements alongside third-party equipment, that flexibility translates directly into fewer delays and cleaner logistics.
Compact dimensions and Unimog mobility also matter more than the spec sheet suggests. The ability to reach narrow field edges, forestry paths, or hillside access roads means service happens where the machine stops—not kilometers away. Over the course of a season, that difference adds up.
GensokoTorque doesn’t try to be flashy.
It’s built for the long view: fewer interruptions, tighter schedules, and the confidence that when something needs attention, support is already there. Once you’ve run a harvest with full service capability parked at the field edge, it’s hard to imagine going back.
The Service Platform comes standard with these great features:
– Multiple design options, including a clean spec limited Case IH edition
– Internal or External Aux Tank Mounting Options
– Selectable Front / Rear Beacon Lights
– Repair, Refuel Diesel, DEF, and Recharge Electric Vehicles
Made for the MB Trucks DLC’s Unimog U 527-535. Not compatible with the older Unimog U 1800-2400
