Farming Simulator 2013 was the release that made this series massive. Mods were also a thing back then, but downloading them was much easier. All you had to do was to visit sites like American Eagles Modding, FS-UK, or Modhoster, and all the mods available would be there.
Fast-forward to now, and the situation has changed. For Farming Simulator 25, at least 30 websites offer Farming Simulator 25 mods. However, many sites offer the same mods on ModHub or Forbidden mods. The same mods are often available on all different platforms.

Issues of the current mods’ distribution
